1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Information you provide, such as your email, name, and (optionally) company name when you sign up, and any details you enter into interactive features on the site. Inputs to on-site tools are anonymous, stored in your browser, and sent to our analytics so we can improve those features.
• Usage & device data collected automatically: pages viewed, clicks, referrer, approximate location (country/region, from your IP), and browser/device type. If you arrive from one of our campaign links, we also record the campaign identifier from the link.

3. How we use it

To send you the waitlist welcome email and product updates you signed up for; to measure how our campaigns and pages perform; and to improve the product we are building. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use cookies. Our analytics store a random, non-identifying visitor id in your browser's local storage so we can tell repeat page views apart. You can clear it any time via your browser's site-data settings. Because we don't use cookies for tracking, there's no cookie banner to accept.

5. Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how visitors interact with the site. It processes the usage and device data described above on our behalf, with data hosted in the EU. See PostHog's privacy policy.

6. Email

We use Resend to send our welcome email and occasional product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. See Resend's privacy policy.

7. Data retention

We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for as long as it's useful for measuring and improving the campaign.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop emailing you, by contacting [email protected]. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising those rights. Where applicable law grants further rights (for example, the EU/UK GDPR), we honor those too.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
