1. Who we are

Gridpin (gridpin.app) is operated by Synexly DOO Beograd ("Synexly", "we", "us"), Jurija Gagarina 231, Belgrade, Serbia. These terms apply to this website and to the Gridpin pilot described below. By using the site or subscribing to the pilot, you agree to them.

Gridpin is in early access, and these terms cover the pilot described below.

2. What Gridpin is

Gridpin scans a service area to find the roofs worth approaching and builds a proposal for each one.

We do not guarantee any appointments, sales or revenue — approaching anyone on a list is yours to do.

3. Price, billing and cancellation

The pilot is $500 per month, billed monthly in advance. Synexly DOO Beograd is the seller and issues your invoice. Payments are processed by PayPal, which collects your card or account details directly — we never see or store your card number.

You can cancel any time, with no notice period. Cancelling stops the next payment; the service runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. The pilot runs until the Gridpin app launches, at which point we will tell you what changes before it does.

4. Refunds

If the first two Mondays of your first month produce nothing you would actually pursue, tell us and we will refund that month in full. Beyond that first month we do not offer refunds — you can cancel at any time instead, and you keep the lists already delivered.

5. What you give us

To produce proposals in your name we need your service area, your price per watt, your logo and a recent proposal of yours. You keep ownership of all of it. You give us permission to use those materials solely to produce and deliver your lists and proposals, and you confirm you have the right to let us do that.

6. The figures are estimates

System size, production, bill, savings and payback are modelled from aerial imagery, public data and the settings you give us. They are estimates for prospecting, not a survey, an engineering assessment, or an offer to any homeowner. Property and owner records come from third-party providers and can be out of date or wrong. Verify anything before you rely on it or put it in front of a customer, and check the figures against your own pricing before you contract with anyone.

7. Contacting people on the list

This is the part that matters most. When you contact anyone on a list we send you, you are acting on your own behalf and you are responsible for doing it lawfully — including the TCPA, federal and state Do Not Call rules, CAN-SPAM, and any state telemarketing or privacy law that applies to you.

Where we can, we mark phone numbers with Do Not Call, TCPA and litigator flags supplied by our data provider. Those flags are provided as-is and are not legal advice or a compliance guarantee; an unflagged number is not a number you have been cleared to call. You must run your own checks and keep your own consent records.

8. Acceptable use

Use the lists for your own solar business. Do not resell, redistribute or publish them, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, or use anything we send you for a purpose that is unlawful or that you would not want a homeowner to know about. We may suspend or end the pilot if you do.

9. Availability and liability

Early access means exactly that: there is no uptime commitment, and a delivery can slip if a data provider we depend on is unavailable. We provide the pilot "as is", without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes; we will revise the date above and tell you before anything material affects a pilot already running. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Belgrade have jurisdiction over any dispute.
